The Western Montana Volunteer Center's (WMVC) role is to act as a clearinghouse between volunteers and agencies which meet the community's needs. How can the WMVC help you? We are committed to bringing people and community needs together through a range of programs and services to make a difference within our neighborhoods. We don't replace other agencies. We help bridge the gap in services to those agencies. In addition, we offer you an opportunity to network with other leaders in Missoula's nonprofit, commercial and government communities.
Volunteering has become essential to western Montana. It is an important part of American life and is the primary way to reconnect people and neighborhoods to help solve social problems and improve our quality of life. The WMVC can strengthen a volunteer's self-esteem, improve the social values of our community and allow for personal commitment to issues of caring. Please give back to the community you live in. Join the Western Montana Volunteer Center today!
